By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and plans
- Some features require signing in with an email address
- There is a free plan and a paid plan (Pro); each plan’s contents and Token allowance are those shown on the pricing page at the time
- When a free trial ends, billing for the selected plan begins
3. Fees, payment, cancellation
- Fees are prepaid in the displayed currency and cycle; payments are handled by a payment provider
- You can cancel any time from inside the extension; service continues to the end of the current billing period
- No pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law
4. Prohibited use
- Use that violates law or public order
- Reverse engineering, unauthorised access, or automated access beyond normal use
- Translating or using content in ways that infringe third-party rights (copyright, privacy and similar)
- Sharing or reselling accounts
5. About translations
Translations are generated by AI and their accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. For consequential uses — contracts, medical, legal — always check the original and have an expert review.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual-property rights in the Service belong to us or their rightful owners. Rights in the content you translate remain with its owners; you are responsible for how you use the results.
7. Liability
Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for interruption, change or termination of the Service, or for damages arising from its use. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to these terms
Changes are announced on this page; material changes are also announced inside the extension. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
